We usually ship products in a PP bag with a backing cardboard insert.
If you do not need either of the two, or if you would like only one of them, please indicate this in the comments section when ordering or making an inquiry.
*Please note that we cannot reduce the product price even if you do not need the backing board, PP bag, or both.
We offer name engraving (text engraving) using silk printing , branding , and laser engraving .
Orders for fans tend to be concentrated from June to July. Therefore, please note that it may take some time to secure the required quantity and deliver the product.

Silkscreen printing
This is recommended for those who want to include text and illustrations in color or print in large quantities.
Delivery: Minimum 2 weeks Up to six colors are available.
Design data is compatible with Microsoft Excel, Word, Illustrator, and PDF.
If you would like to specify a color, please use "DIC color."
If you submit your work in "CMYK" or "image", it will be compatible with "DIC Color".
Please note that gradients are not supported.
We also offer design creation, but there will be an additional design fee.
The storage period for the original (design data) is one year.
The printable area for each product can be checked on the product page (available for download as a PDF).

- If you order 500 large fans + silkscreen printing in one color on one side, the cost of the fan itself is 528 yen per fan x 500 = 264,000 yen
Printing cost: 253 yen/sheet x 500 sheets = 126,500 yen

Recommended for adding logos or other personalization. The natural finish blends in with the wood.
Delivery: Minimum 3 weeksDesign data is compatible with Microsoft Excel, Word, Illustrator, and PDF.
The size of the branding iron (mold) is minimum: 2cm x 2cm, maximum: 6cm x 6cm.
If one side is longer than 10 cm, there may be an error in heat conduction, resulting in color unevenness.
Color specification and gradation are not supported.
We also offer design creation, but there will be an additional design fee.
We will keep the originals, but we can also give them to you.
After the design is decided, it takes about two weeks to make the branding iron (mold).

Delivery process
Without name engraving
- Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
- You can specify the desired delivery date and time slot when placing your order.
*We may not be able to meet your request depending on business days and collection status.
In that case, we will contact you again to let you know the date of delivery. - Depending on the stock situation, delivery may take some time. In that case, we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date.
- We will deliver your order via Yamato Transport.
- Please note that depending on weather and traffic conditions, we may not be able to deliver your order on the date and time you requested.
- Please note that we do not ship overseas.
