・The number of characters in the vertical format is "Kana/Kakusho/Horizontal: 30 characters" and "Roman characters: 45 characters"
・The number of characters for horizontal type is "Kana/Kakusho/Horizontal: 45 characters" and "Roman characters: 65 characters"
・If the number of characters exceeds the limit (by just a few characters), we will make the necessary adjustments.

-The name will be engraved on the bottom right.

[Delivery]
Depending on the number of items ordered, delivery will take approximately 2 weeks.

[Regarding returns and exchanges]
For products with laser engraving, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
We will only accept returns or exchanges if the delivered product is different from the product you ordered, different from the name engraving you ordered, or damaged or soiled.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in cases such as "the finished name engraving is different from what you expected."
