Tosa's Sunday market has a history of over 300 years. Located on Otesuji Street near Kochi Castle, it sells not only fresh vegetables and fruits, but also metalwork, forged cutlery, and plants.

Ecoas Umajimura will also be selling cutting boards, stationery and other wooden products, so if you are in the area, whether you are from Kochi or elsewhere, please stop by. We look forward to seeing you.

We have a wide selection of popular cutting boards in various sizes, so please feel free to come and see us.

The Chugei Marche will be held at Tosa no Sato AGURI COLLETTO's shop in Kitamiza.
Ecoas Umajimura will also be exhibiting on Saturday, December 6th. We will be selling wooden products such as wooden interior goods. If you are in the area, please stop by and take a look. Works exhibited at the Osaka-Kansai Expo "Future Life Village" are now available in Fukuoka!

The event was first held in Tokyo and Nagoya last year, and this year will be held in Fukuoka for the first time, following on from Sendai in May. It is an event where you can "touch," "feel," and "experience" wood.

Monacca will be exhibited at Chiiki Department Store + (Plus) 2025.

The monacca workshop is located in Umaji Village, Kochi Prefecture, which has signed an agreement with the Minato Forest and Water Network Council .
In 2025, Minato Ward will again host the "Chiiki Hyakka" event, with the participation of these partner municipalities. Our "monacca-bag ishikoro wooden bag" will be exhibited in the Umaji Village corner in Kochi Prefecture. It will be in the "Gifts from the Forest" category.
These will be exhibited as "masterpieces" related to forests and water, and as recommended items to give as gifts.
There will also be workshops held at the venue on some days, so be sure to come and experience the blessings of Japan's forests and water.

We will be exhibiting actual wooden products, including everyday items, miscellaneous goods, stationery, toys, and more, as well as videos that will allow you to touch and feel them, selected from the works that have won the Wood Design Award, which recognizes outstanding wooden designs.

Wood Change refers to actions that change society to a sustainable one through the use of wood, such as changing everyday objects to wood, incorporating wood into daily life, and using wood for buildings.

There is only about a month left until the Osaka-Kansai Expo. In August, we set up a stall selling wooden goods such as "Japanese Modern Fans" and "Monacca Bags" at a booth sponsored by Kochi Prefecture.
This time, we will introduce the newly released "Japanese Modern Uchiwa" fan, which was also on display at the Osaka Kansai Expo.

This spring, Ecoas Umajimura celebrated its 25th anniversary thanks to the patronage of all of our customers.

On April 17, 2000, Umajimura established Ecoas Umajimura Co., Ltd. as a third-sector company responsible for creating a new forestry system , and began operations.
The company name embodies the idea that "Tomorrow will surely be ecological, and someday we will connect to an eternal forest of ecological circulation."
We have been practicing "growing forests," "collecting forests," "processing forests," "selling forests," and "giving back to forests."
