In addition, there are delays in the delivery of mail, Yu-Pack, etc. that are accepted or delivered in Hokkaido, Yamagata Prefecture, Nagano Prefecture, Toyama Prefecture, Fukui Prefecture, and parts of Hyogo Prefecture.
