Precautions regarding specifications (care instructions)

How to wash
Wash gently with water or lukewarm water using a soft sponge or similar object. Plain wood bento boxes absorb water more easily than lacquered items, so if you use detergent, dilute it.
Drying/storage
After washing, immediately wipe off any moisture with a dry cloth. Avoid drying or storing in direct sunlight, as this may cause deformation or discoloration. Dry on a flat surface to prevent moisture from accumulating in one place. If moisture continues to accumulate in the same place, it may cause mold or stains. Please note that plain wood bento boxes may not dry overnight.
others
Do not use in the dishwasher or dish dryer as this may cause deformation. Do not use in the microwave or oven as this may cause fire. Plain wood bento boxes may retain stains from sauces and soy sauce. To remove these stains, carefully sand them with fine sandpaper.
